Youth Program

Since 2001, Fairwind volunteers have helped thousands of Boys & Girls Clubs kids get out on the water — many for the very first time.

Since 2010 · Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme

Channel Islands Harbor

Fairwind Yacht Club volunteers have worked closely with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme since 2010. Over the years, Fairwind has helped thousands of Boys and Girls Clubs kids get out on the water. These outings have offered many Boys and Girls Clubs members their first experiences with watercraft, and other kids their first visit to a beach and/or marina. Fairwind volunteers are also responsible for maintaining the Boys and Girls Club boats docked at Seabridge Marina in Oxnard.

This exciting program has been generously supported by the DR Horton Company's Seabridge development.
